Peter Jarůšek is the cellist of the world-renowned Pavel Haas Quartet, founded in 2002 by violinist Veronika Jarůšková. The Quartet has performed in the world's most important concert halls (Wigmore Hall in London, Musikverein in Vienna, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Carnegie Hall in New York, etc.) and has recorded nine albums awarded with many prestigious international critical awards (Gramophone Award, BBC Music Magazine Award, Diapason d'Or de l'Année, etc.). Pavel Haas Quartet has been named one of the 10 best string quartets of all time by the prominent British music magazine BBC Music Magazine. Cellist Peter Jarůšek is also a sought-after teacher of chamber music masterclasses around the world, and will soon be working with the Royal College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music in London.
